class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Obiectivul general al proiectului Newcomers@Work este <b>incluziunea social\u0103 \u0219i \u00eemputernicirea tinerilor NEETs <\/b>nou-veni\u021bi, cu v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 18 \u0219i 25 de ani, care care provin din r\u00e2ndul refugia\u021bilor sau migran\u021bilor, prin \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea abilit\u0103\u021bilor lor de angajare.<\/p>\n<p>Mai precis, acesta \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 ating\u0103 urm\u0103toarele obiective:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>crearea de spa\u021bii sigure \u0219i respectabile pentru tinerii NEETs refugia\u021bi\/migran\u021bi;<\/li>\n<li>\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea competen\u021belor acestora prin intermediul unor oportunit\u0103\u021bi de educa\u021bie \u0219i formare personalizate, centrate pe cursant \u0219i adaptate nevoilor lor, cu o puternic\u0103 component\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare orientat\u0103 spre munc\u0103;<\/li>\n<li>stabilirea obiectivelor \u0219i aspira\u021biilor lor profesionale;<\/li>\n<li>preg\u0103tirea acestora pentru a intra pe pia\u021ba muncii din \u021b\u0103rile participante prin furnizarea de servicii de sprijin personalizate \u0219i holistice;<\/li>\n<li>sprijin prin mentorat \u00een timpul primilor pa\u0219i \u00een carier\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, proiectul \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 formeze personalul care lucreaz\u0103 cu tinerii, pentru a le oferi competen\u021bele \u0219i instrumentele necesare care s\u0103 le faciliteze \u0219i s\u0103 le \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 activitatea cu tinerii care provin din r\u00e2ndul migran\u021bilor.  Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere num\u0103rul mare de NEETs migran\u021bi din \u021b\u0103rile participante, se a\u0219teapt\u0103 ca o astfel de consolidare a capacit\u0103\u021bilor s\u0103 sporeasc\u0103 calitatea, inovarea \u0219i recunoa\u0219terea importan\u021bei activit\u0103\u021bii pentru tineret.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cele din urm\u0103, \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 abordeze importan\u021ba cooper\u0103rii intersectoriale privind munca cu tinerii, \u00een conformitate cu <b>strategia UE pentru tineret 2019-2027.<\/b> <strong>Strategia<\/strong>UE pentru tineret, vital\u0103 pentru toate priorit\u0103\u021bile men\u021bionate, iar munca cu tinerii \"poate deveni puntea c\u0103tre educa\u021bie, formare sau munc\u0103, prevenind astfel excluderea\".<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Atunci c\u00e2nd ne confrunt\u0103m cu probleme complexe, cum ar fi capacitatea de inser\u021bie profesional\u0103 \u0219i incluziunea social\u0103 a diferitelor grupuri de persoane, printre care se num\u0103r\u0103 refugia\u021bii\/migran\u021bii NEETs, este important <strong>s\u0103 cre\u0103m sinergii \u00eentre diferite sectoare sociale.<\/strong>Pentru a se asigura c\u0103 ace\u0219ti tineri beneficiaz\u0103 de cele mai bune servicii posibile, toate sectoarele relevante ar trebui s\u0103 rela\u021bioneze \u00eentre ele \u0219i, \u00een mod ideal, s\u0103 colaboreze, deoarece provoc\u0103rile cu care se confrunt\u0103 sunt interconectate, iar stakeholder-ii nu sunt \u00eentotdeauna capabili s\u0103 vad\u0103 astfel de fenomene complexe din perspective diferite. Numai \u00een acest fel <strong>poate fi oferit un sprijin holistic, eficient \u0219i de lung\u0103 durat\u0103.<\/strong>Astfel de sinergii vor include angajatorii, birourile de stat pentru ocuparea for\u021bei de munc\u0103 sau de asisten\u021b\u0103 social\u0103, noii veni\u021bi NEETs \u00een\u0219i\u0219i, precum \u0219i organiza\u021biile de tineret \u0219i organiza\u021biile neguvernamentale, cu un accent special pe organiza\u021biile conduse de migran\u021bi.
