class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O objetivo geral do projeto Newcomers@Work \u00e9 a inclus\u00e3o <b>social e a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens NEET rec\u00e9m-chegados, com idades compreendidas entre <\/b>os 18 e os 25 anos, oriundos de fam\u00edlias de refugiados ou migrantes, atrav\u00e9s da melhoria das suas compet\u00eancias de empregabilidade.<\/p>\n<p>Mais especificamente, pretende-se atingir os seguintes objectivos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os seguros e respeitadores para os jovens NEET refugiados\/migrantes;<\/li>\n<li>a melhoria das suas compet\u00eancias atrav\u00e9s de oportunidades de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o personalizadas, centradas no aluno e adaptadas \u00e0s suas necessidades, com uma forte dimens\u00e3o de aprendizagem orientada para o trabalho<\/li>\n<li>a defini\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus objectivos e aspira\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais;<\/li>\n<li>a sua prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para entrar no mercado de trabalho dos pa\u00edses participantes atrav\u00e9s da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de apoio personalizados e hol\u00edsticos;<\/li>\n<li>apoio de mentores durante os primeiros passos da sua carreira.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Simultaneamente, o projeto visa formar profissionais que trabalham com jovens, a fim de lhes proporcionar as compet\u00eancias e os instrumentos necess\u00e1rios para facilitar e melhorar o seu trabalho com jovens de origem migrante. \nConsiderando o elevado n\u00famero de jovens NEET migrantes nos pa\u00edses participantes, espera-se que esse refor\u00e7o de capacidades tamb\u00e9m aumente a qualidade, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e o reconhecimento da import\u00e2ncia do trabalho com jovens.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, visa abordar a import\u00e2ncia da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o intersectorial com o trabalho com jovens, em conformidade com a Estrat\u00e9gia da UE para a Juventude <b>2019-2027 vital para todas<\/b> <strong>as prioridades<\/strong>mencionadas e o trabalho com jovens \"pode tornar-se a ponte para a educa\u00e7\u00e3o, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o ou o trabalho, evitando assim a exclus\u00e3o\".<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Quando se enfrentam quest\u00f5es complexas como a empregabilidade e a inclus\u00e3o social de diversos grupos de pessoas, um dos quais s\u00e3o os NEET refugiados\/migrantes, \u00e9 importante <strong>criar sinergias entre diferentes sectores da sociedade.<\/strong>Para garantir que estes jovens recebem o melhor servi\u00e7o poss\u00edvel, todos os sectores relevantes devem relacionar-se entre si e, idealmente, trabalhar em conjunto, uma vez que os desafios enfrentados est\u00e3o interligados e as partes interessadas nem sempre s\u00e3o capazes de ver fen\u00f3menos t\u00e3o complexos de diferentes perspectivas. S\u00f3 assim se pode <strong>prestar um apoio hol\u00edstico, eficaz e duradouro.<\/strong>Essas sinergias incluir\u00e3o os empregadores, os servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos de emprego ou de prote\u00e7\u00e3o social, os pr\u00f3prios NEET rec\u00e9m-chegados, bem como organiza\u00e7\u00f5es juvenis e n\u00e3o governamentais, com especial destaque para as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es lideradas por migrantes.
