Il progetto Newcomers@Work<\/strong> nasce dalla necessit\u00e0 urgente e dalle preoccupazioni condivise riguardanti l'inclusione sociale dei giovani<\/strong> con un background di rifugiati o migranti.<\/strong><\/p>

Fino ad oggi, sono state ideate poche iniziative<\/strong> specificamente rivolte alla popolazione giovanile tra i 18 e i 25 anni<\/strong> che ha recentemente fatto<\/strong> ingresso in un Paese europeo e si trova ad affrontare numerose<\/strong> sfide nell'accesso ai servizi sociali, politici, economici e culturali.<\/p>

Secondo i dati statistici di Eurostat del 2019, il 39% dei migranti tra i 18 e i 30 anni si trova a rischio di povert\u00e0 o esclusione sociale.<\/strong>Nel contempo, se consideriamo i fattori di rischio per diventare NEET (giovani non in occupazione, istruzione o formazione), il nostro gruppo target presenta almeno tre di questi fattori: basso livello di istruzione, background migratorio e basso reddito familiare. La loro strada verso la disoccupazione e la povert\u00e0 sembra essere una \"strada a senso unico\".<\/p>

D'altra parte, il lavoro con i giovani<\/strong>nonostante il suo ruolo cruciale nell'empowerment di questa popolazione, non ha registrato progressi significativi<\/strong> in questo ambito. I professionisti del settore giovanile si trovano incapaci di fornire servizi di supporto efficaci, come opportunit\u00e0 di formazione e orientamento di qualit\u00e0. Lamancanza di competenze specifiche, strumenti specializzati, linee guida e procedure specifiche<\/strong> per questo gruppo particolare di giovani NEET rende gli operatori giovanili e le parti interessate impreparati ad affrontare le sfide interconnesse che di solito includono traumi, povert\u00e0, differenze culturali e ulteriori forme di discriminazione.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Considerando il contesto in costante evoluzione e le gi\u00e0 significative sfide causate dai flussi migratori passati e presenti, la principale motivazione e il valore di questo progetto risiede nell'assicurare che i giovani appena arrivati in un Paese europeo, indipendentemente dalle ragioni del loro arrivo, trovino una ragione per stabilirsi e acquisiscano le competenze necessarie per inserirsi nel mercato del lavoro locale. <\/strong>Solo partecipando attivamente a tutte le sfere dell'economia e della vita sociale, potranno diventare cittadini attivi e raggiungere l'inclusione sociale, un obiettivo condiviso sia dai partner del progetto che dall'Unione Europea.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
