class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L'objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du projet Newcomers@Work est <b>l'inclusion sociale et l'autonomisation des jeunes NEET nouvellement arriv\u00e9s, <\/b>\u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 25 ans, issus de l'immigration ou demandeurs l'asile, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d'employabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, il vise \u00e0 atteindre les objectifs suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la cr\u00e9ation d'espaces s\u00fbrs et respectueux pour les jeunes r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s\/migrants NEETs ;<\/li>\n<li>leur perfectionnement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des possibilit\u00e9s d'\u00e9ducation et de formation sur mesure, centr\u00e9es sur l'apprenant et adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs besoins, avec une forte dimension d'apprentissage orient\u00e9 vers le travail ;<\/li>\n<li>l'\u00e9tablissement de leurs objectifs de carri\u00e8re et de leurs aspirations ;<\/li>\n<li>leur pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du travail des pays participants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la fourniture de services de soutien personnalis\u00e9s et holistiques ;<\/li>\n<li>un accompagnement par le mentorat lors de leurs premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de carri\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parall\u00e8lement, le projet vise \u00e0 former les animateurs de jeunesse afin de leur fournir les comp\u00e9tences et les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour faciliter et am\u00e9liorer leur travail avec les jeunes issus de l'immigration. Compte tenu du grand nombre de NEET migrants dans les pays participants, ce renforcement des capacit\u00e9s devrait \u00e9galement accro\u00eetre la qualit\u00e9, l'innovation et la reconnaissance de l'importance du travail de jeunesse.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il vise \u00e0 aborder l'importance de la coop\u00e9ration intersectorielle avec le travail de jeunesse, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la <b>strat\u00e9gie de l'UE pour la jeunesse 2019-2027<\/b> <strong>strat\u00e9gie<\/strong>qui est vitale pour toutes les priorit\u00e9s mentionn\u00e9es.\nLe travail de jeunesse \"peut devenir une passerelle vers l'\u00e9ducation, la formation ou le travail, pr\u00e9venant ainsi l'exclusion\".<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l'on est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des questions complexes telles que l'employabilit\u00e9 et l'inclusion sociale de divers groupes de personnes, dont les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s\/migrants NEET, il est important de <strong>cr\u00e9er des synergies entre les diff\u00e9rents secteurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/strong>Afin de s'assurer que ces jeunes re\u00e7oivent le meilleur service possible, tous les secteurs concern\u00e9s devraient \u00eatre en relation les uns avec les autres et id\u00e9alement travailler ensemble, car les d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s sont interconnect\u00e9s et les parties prenantes ne sont pas toujours capables d'envisager des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes aussi complexes sous des angles diff\u00e9rents. Ce n'est qu'ainsi <strong>qu'un soutien holistique, efficace et durable pourra \u00eatre apport\u00e9<\/strong>Ces synergies incluront les employeurs, les services publics de l'emploi ou de l'aide sociale, les nouveaux arrivants NEET eux-m\u00eames, ainsi que les organisations de jeunesse et les organisations non gouvernementales, avec un accent particulier sur les organisations dirig\u00e9es par des migrants.
